Diet help & advice to lose tummy fat & arm fast?? Naturally & without surgery or!


Question: I'd like to know what is the correct diet, right amount & type of exercise I should be doing to reduce fats on my tummy & arm. I'm not overweight, I just want to look slimmer.

Exercise:
Currently I do jogging, brisk walking in the morning&some aerobics when I have the time(I try doing it before breakfast). I didn't do much sit ups cos I was told that it doesn't produce much effect.

Diet:
I try to eat more vegetables & fruits, mainly salad, fish, smoothies&plenty of water.I don't snack either.

I used to have big thighs&slim tummy before I came to Uni&started walking to Uni&around uni everyday. Now my thighs are slim but cos I sit in front of the computer too much doing work, I get a bigger tummy than I had before. Come to think of it I've always been sitting around doing work but my tummy was fine. It felt like the fats from my thigh went up to my tummy area. I want a slimmer arm too!pronto! What should I do?

Wear a corset? Extensive exercise?A stricter diet?

What you need for the belly fat is monounsaturated fats. These can be found in many foods. In example: whole grains, avocados, nuts and many many others. This specific type of fat has been shown to attack cortisol, which allows for belly fat to accumlate. I have lost a lot of weight making lifestyle changes. I do not follow any specific diet, I just make the right choices. And remember, slow and steady wins the race. Rapid weight loss usually only leads to rapid weight gain.

Lol a corset or slimming pants will help in the short term, but it wont go away on its own!. I suggest doing toning exercises for your abs and arms. Look them up on google - I'm sure you will find loads. Look out for hidden calories in so called low fat or healthy option foods. Try doing more aerobic exercise - its that increased heart rate that burns fat. Other than that it sounds like you're on the right track.

NO DIET PILLS!!! they are sooo harmful to your body and they wont keep the weight off. My best suggestion to you is to try something like weight watchers. you can still eat anything you want but it limits the amount you eat. It is the best for your body and helps you to keep the weight off. Another thing you can try is green tea. Green tea is a natural herb that helps speed up your metabolism. Try drinking that 2 times a day. Good Luck!!!!

Cardio is your best bet to tighten your tummy, sit ups won't do by themselves!

First ,eat w/.moderation...And for your tummy, i would recommend this,..lay down straight,and put your legs up,repeat 10 x...this is effective to me. Try it!!!!

Cut out bread, potatoes, rice, cheese, milk, red meat and all saturated fat and refined sugars.
The exercise you do is fine.
NO ALCOHOL, COFFEE OR TEA.
Stick to approx 1500 calories per day.

If you was to adhere to the above the fat from your tummy would evaporate pronto.
