Can any expert give me a DIET CHART. My wet is 44 kg & ht is 5ft11". I look!

Just have more frequent meals. Eat more carbs (bread, rice, pasta) and exercise, coz exercising will make you feel more hungry and eat more. And it's gonna make you look good after you gain some weight! I suggest you go to a gym and ask the trainer for a plan.
Oh by the way, you can drink protein shakes too, they really help!

I would suggest eating more healthy, whole-wheat carbs as well so you can get maximum amount of nutrients like bagels, different breads, pastas, cereal/breakfast bars, and more fat like fish, cheese, nuts, olive oil, etc. as well as protein bars and protein shakes. Being that you're quite thin, don't be afraid to indulge yourself; when it comes down to it, you'll just need to eat more. Exercise will help your appetite and weight lifting will help you gain and maintain muscle. The magazine/website Men's Health can give you good tips to bulk up. Good luck!
