I was in better shape several months ago when I was under 100 lbs and have put a few of them back on but I do run a lot now and my overall health is in great condition including my heart- I weigh about 110 lbs now and could stand to lose a few- my "perfect weight" is 105. :)

Yep, pretty good. Thanks to decent diet and regular cycling. Trying to shed 5 pounds I don't need.
I'm trying to get there, and i need to because basic training is on April 22nd!
constantly working on it! work out five times a week and eat well, losing weight is a challenge for me, but I'm buff
