If you're a male, this is true, as it increases testorone levels. In women it too can be activities such as dancing, perfumes, sexy clothes. Remember we are still like animals and certain scents can arouse us, such as sweat. General activities which involve male and female where slight touching is involved is arousing, like swimming, dancing or even tickling. Hope this helps you.
