Possible to over workout?!
Question: After you've had enough calories for the day and you're done with all your workout. Would it hurt if you just threw some extra activity into your schedule?
I ask because I have a lot of free time...So once I'm done with my daily workout, when I get bored, would it hurt if I ran on the treadmill or lifted some more weights?
This is of course not going as far as physically exhausting myself. Just going beyond what I have planned out.

general conditioning exercises are great, jumping jacks, palates, or even stuff like karate and yoga
if you have muscular pain or feel fatigued you should allow yourself a day or two to recover, otherwise you can exercise as you like as long as you are allowing your muscles enough time to rebuild and recover (general conditioning exercises don't tear down muscles that much so they often require only half a day to recover)
dont work out because ur bored
if u should do any maybe u can walk not run
