Many brands get their creatine from one source. For example one good known source is Creapure. They in my opinion make a good 100% pure creatine monohydrate powder. Its pharmacutical grade. I purchase mine from nutrabio.com. Some differences would be that they may be mixed in any combination with other supplements such as with glutamine, whey protein, a form of glucose for quick intake, or just on its own. All in one bottle.
