i have been 5"10 since i was 14 and i used to absoluteley hate it! i tried everything and it does nothing but make you unhealthy so im afraid you will just have to be tall but remember

kate moss is 5"10 and uma thruman is 6"1

Sorry to break it to you but....there's nothing you can do to effect your height. That is detiremined by your genetics (a.k.a. DNA).
You may grow faster than your classmates and peers and be taller for awhile, but, to get a good idea on who tall you MAY get to be look at your parents and aunts and uncles and grandparents. You will more than likely be the same height as them.
