Is there any medicines you can take to loose weight if you 15 years old ?!

yes. talk to your doctor. adapex.
but i warn you. i grew up fat. ultimately had to have surgery to take it off... you really need to get off the computer or couch and exercise. Then eat right. not every diet is right for every person. and yes there is such thing as head hunger. and over eating. dicipline yourself now or the devil waits for you on the other side. ok that was a bit harsh but reality is - there's no magic button that will get all that weight off....

nahhhh im 14 and i tried that with the doctor. they told me "ur normal if ur really worried about it exersize" so idk. doctors dont want to help kids with that kinda stuff. they just think its wrong i guess. good luck hun. :]]

medicine? like drugs man? no. if you plan on shedding some fat, I recommend you do some cardiovascular activity like basketball, soccer. anything that gets your heart pumping. If you want to gain strength. You may also do some weight lifting with a solid training program. You should also watch what you eat. Lessen the simple sugars and carbs. consume complex carbs and lots of lean protein. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you eat, that means totally cutting down on junk. Eat a SMALL MEAL consisting of lean protein(chicken breasts,tuna,salmon,eggs), complex carbs (brown rice, wheat bread, sweet potatos etc..) and healthy fats (olive oil, flax oil) every 2-3 hours. Split what you eat into 6 small meals a day instead of the usual 3 big meals. And never starve yourself. by doing this, you're body's just going to store more fat. the reason behind this is because in events of starvation your body's sole purpose now is to "survive". The genetic goal of the human body is to burn fewer calories, own less muscle mass, and have more body fat in case of famine in order to survive.

Yes there are fat loss pills and shakes and stuff like that
a doctor could prescribe you one but considering ur 15...i doubt he would liek you to do that unles u were very overweight and it was an issue like my friends wait was
she was put on these tablets that absorb oil and fat so it doesn't transfer onto your weight...but thasts only coz she was obese

I'm 15 and a couple of years ago i wanted to lose weight...so he said he'd be happy to help set up an exercise and diet plan
or they may take a blood test to see if everything is ok
just start out by getting off the comp and couch and exercising for 30 min a day....in the morning wqalk to school and in the arvo walk home....there's ur daily exercise there and then

but u do seem to have a lot to do with computers and runescape so cut down 10 minutes everyday to go out and have a short walk...that's all it takes
