Is this a good lifting amount for my age, wieght, and height?!
Question: Well I put some of the wieghts I lift and stuff, I'm just wondering if its good compared far as others my age go who I compete against..
I organized it by my usual when less intense and my goods when I'm intense. U= usual, I=intense (All in Pounds)
===ARMS===
Incline, Decline, and flat bench- U-135-145, I-145-160
Military- 120-130
Dead Lift- 105-120
Dumbells- U-30-35's, I-45's
====Legs====
Leg Press- U-375, I-600-700 (I do touch knees to chest)
Leg Curl- U-110-130, I-130-150
Age:15
Weight:190
Height: 6'2"
