The only way to lose your gut is if you do cardio and lose fat. Doing the ab machine 20 minutes, even 5 hours a day, won't do you much good if you don't lose fat. You can do cardio and the ab lounge together to help define your muscles...but you need to get rid of the fat that is sitting over top of them.

No, it won't do anything for you. I sit on my exercise equipment every day for hours. I eat, drink beer sometimes nap a little while watching TV for up to 3-4 hours a day and it has never helped me lose my gut.

Sorry!

YES! & if ur not healty u should get it!

yes, its amazing, i own it!

my god no! i was 95 lbs before hand and i got it to bulk up. but then i gained 173 lbs of pure lard from using it. its the paint they use from china. but i lost all of the weight eating at McDonald's.
that is one classy restaurant.

The ab lounge is just an abdominal workout. It will stimulate growth the the abs muscles, but it is not an effective fat burner. If you want to lose the gut you should do atleast 20 minutes of cardio like running, swimming, biking atleast 4 days a week...THATS what will make you lose fat quickly. However keep up with the ab lounge, the muscle growth it creates helps to boost your metabolism.

It'll help,
but you've got to do your cardio too.

I would say NO!

In my experience there are many ab machines out there that really don't work.

I have been trying for the last 4 months now to loose my belly, and so far what it has worked is a balanced diet along with good mix of cardio, weight training, unweighted training and plain simple crunches and sit ups - all its variants - and I have so far lose 12 lbs. that is 3 lbs. a month.

I still have another 10 lbs to go and I have to tell you I feel great and look already thiner.

Must importantly what you eat is what you should really change. If you don't change that nothing will work

Take a look at these article, at least a piece of it:

How to Get Six Pack Abs

The simple step process to gaining and maintaining six pack abs is as follows: strengthen your abdominal muscles and lose body fat. The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not. It will take dedication, willpower, patience and time to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it. Remember, abs are made mostly in the kitchen! You can have the most toned and defined abs but they won't show through if there's a layer of fat over them.

Read some articles and philosophy at the following links that have helped me so far.
