Lifting your legs instead of your torso to work your abs.

I believe it's when you start in a V shape and lean back until your back almost touches the floor but not quite.??? Or maybe it's when your laying on your back and you use your legs to go up and down instead of your torso????

A reverse crunch is done with the legs in the downward position relative to the body. Lower then the chest and pulled upward towards your chest.....very good movement when done slowly. you'll feel it on the the third rep....

Here is a video of a decline reverse crunch.

Instead of pulling your chest up your lower back / hips get pulled up.

Bring your knees into your chin!
(:

Did you try looking them up? Could've saved you 5 pts.

That's lying on your back, knees bent, and raising your legs until your butt is off the ground, but using your lower abs to do it (knees stay bent).
