I need to lose weight!HELP!?!


Question: I wanna lose weight because I look fat and don't feel healthy,I can't breathe right alot and I wanna lose weight!Please give me a excersice plan and a diet plan, here are some foods I don't like:
Salad,tomatoes beans/peas, and thats about it, so please help me!

BY THE WAY:My BMI is 29.3 thats almost obese and it says I'm overweight!

First, get positive about yourself. I know exactly how you feel but you have to have a positive outlook when it comes to weight loss.
Meal: Try

Breakfast:
1c All bran Cereal
1c 1% Milk
1/2 of a Banana
1 Boiled Egg

SnacK:
23 Almonds
1/4c Raisin or Craisins

Lunch:
Have a Sandwich
2slc of Double Fiber Bread
2 Slc of Lean/ Low Fat SLiced Turkey
1 Slc of 2% Cheese
(Skip the Mayo)
10 Baby Carrots
1 Medium Apple

Snack:
Fruit/ Veggie or Low Fat Yogurt

Dinner:
1 4oz Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast
(oven baked)
1/4 c Brown Fried with Red/Yellow Peppers
1c of Steam Brocolli

Dessert:
1/3c of Granola
1/2c of Fat Free Frozen Yogurt
1/2c of Frozen Mixed Berries
Ok, what you want to do is put the mixed berries in a saucepan with a lil orange juice, bring it to a broil. Let it cool a little. Pour over top of your ice cream then sprinkle on granola. This is a great way to kill that sweet tooth/

Exercise:
Walk, go for 30 minute a day if you dont like walking outside go to walmart and get Leslie Samsung Walk Away the Pounds, It give you the luxury of walking 1,2,or 3 miles in the comfort of your own home!

I hope this helps. It has truly helped me!

Breakfast: Egg whites with whole wheat toast.

Lunch: Turkey wrap with raw veggies.

Snack: Fruit (apple, melon, grapes, cherries, etc.)

Dinner: Grilled veggies & salmon or other lean meat (grilled chicken breast, etc.)

Excersice: Do 30 minutes of cardio each day.
Jogging, swimming, biking, and dancing burn tons of calories.

or

Breakfast: Low fat yogurt with fruit drizzled on top.

Lunch: Caesar salad with grilled chicken.

Snack: Almonds, cashews, and peanuts.

Dinner: Hamburger with no bun, with a side of veggies.

I would start out with eating high protein breakfast with Oatmeal in the morning. For some reason it really fills me up stays with me for quite awhile. Also its hard to go without eating when your on a diet so eat every 3 hours. ( have a apple and a few slices of cheese etc.) And do 30 min of walking everyday. Just DO the walking and get it out of your way. Stay with it and you will see differences.
