Will i look toner before the summer? please help?!


Question: Will i be toner for the summer? I'm 15, 145 pounds & 5'6.

i just started to hit the gym with my sister, and i do carido for an hour (two different machines)
I go to yoga class once a week at the gym. And i try to walk home from school(35 minute walk, with a big hill to go up on)


I trying to eat healthy also, i really really want to look 'toner and tighter' so i can wear a binkini and not feel really fat around everyone.

Do you think i will make it? Will i look good?

You are on the right path but you should modify what you are doing a little more. Your exercise routine seems good but start lifting weights too. An intense full body workout will help burn a lot of calories too. As far as eating you need to make sure you are eating the right food for you body to lose weight. At your frame you should consume approx. 1600-1800 calories a day and about 125 grams of protein a day. Stay away from fried foods, anything with white flour in it, cut the carbs., and only eat red meat once to twice a week. Eat alot of steamed veggies to get all those great nutrients. Only drink water. NO SODA. Eat a good breakfast early in the morning and continue with 5-6 small meals a day. This will keep your metabolism going strong all day burning fat.

145 is a great weight, not fat!

But if you want to tone up try losing 10-20 pounds, wich can be done 2-3 months in a healthy manner.

Just excersise more, and watch the calories :)

Keep at it and by this summer, you'll be in the pocket. I started my diet last year in February and by the end of June, I was 30 lbs lighter. I've lost five more lbs in July and have successfully maintained that weight while becoming more toned and muscular.
