Tell them how disgusting they look and make them feel guilty.

Troll

You can't. Mind your own business!

It's their life. Let them ruin it if they're stupid enough to eat crap like that all the time. I'm not saying you can't have fast food every but some people are just pure thick.

it takes balls to walk up to someone and SAY it. but CONVINCING them is a different story. You can't make them do anything. they know that they can die. They are the ones that have to get tired of looking in the mirrior and they are the ones that have to make the change. but, its nice that you are concerned.

I am going to answer this question as though it were one contrived through sympathy and compassion.

Unfortunately, many people find comfort in food, and fast food gives fast comfort. There is not much one can do for people that they don't know, as it's going to be assumed that you are messing with people's personal business, no matter how pure or thoughtful your intentions may be.

You can influence others in your life, though! You can set a good example for those people that you are around, and eat healthy and exercise. Show the people around you that being fit isn't a lifestyle of denial, it's more about being able to do the things you love to do. That is especially important if you are around children, as they learn by example.

I am all for eating healthy and being fit, but throwing more negativity at someone because they are obese isn't going to solve anything. Obesity is an epidemic which isn't going to be cured by harsh words to a select few.
