beer is bad for you period .... if you wanna lose weight and be healthy i think you should just stay away from the alcohol ... you will probaly feel alot better about yourself and body
You have to trade something for the calories in the beer. Either something you eat or with more activity.
Running one mile burns about 100 calories.
Walking burns less. But it's really more about distance and current weight than time for calorie burn totals.
What does your 'gut' tell you?
BTW, Diet drinks are worse than regular ones.
There are other things to look at in this: Sugar, Carbs, Calories, ARTIFICIAL crap including coloring.....

no, however walking only 20 minutes a day is not enough, try going to the gym for a half hour

To lose weight you should try to limit your carb intake to under 100 carbs a day and those carbs should be complex carb found in green veggies. You should try keeping a food journal so that you'll know how many calories and carbs you are really consuming. Good luck keep up the walking that should really help especially if you walk at a brisk pace.
Well it depends on how many calories it has, you lose weight when you burn more calories than you eat and how much you workout . Yet you say you dont eat junk food so that's a very good thing. I would say yea go for it but try not to over do it. Also (just saying) do more cardio work out's it help me lose alot of weight. (till i got it back)
