How do u get a strong forearms and biceps and get huge amount of strength in ur !


Question: i want to make strong and big foreamrs and biceps, because my body is kinda out of proportion. i have broad and thick and huge shoulders and big chest, but my arms looks kinda weak and doesn;t look big compared to my other part of my body so it looks weird. also i have kinda weak and skinny forarms how to make it thicker and stronger. and i also want to get big amount of strength in my arm. any tips or good advice??? i also quited lifting long time ago because i heard it stunts ur growth is that true????? i am age of 17 male, and i really want to grow more taller so i am trying to keep away from lifting.

Well lifting really only stunts growth if your in your child years from birth till right before you hit puberty, thats why they don't offer weightlifting till highschool, so truly thats almost a myth, its only stunts growth if you do it wrong but here is what I got.

1.If you don't want to lift.
To gain size on arms, just do push-ups, and for tricepts do reverse push ups, and put your hands Directly under you butt if possible then lift up, preferably on a tiltled serface, like if your hands are on a bench or table of some sort. Crunchs don't give you abs, but they help with duration. runn a deceant amount and remember to swing you arms when doing so.

2) If you lift.
When benching spread your arms to the farther ends of the bar instead of near the middle. This works your bi's n tri's decently and makes the wieght seem a tad bit heaveir. Military works good with both. Decline, incline n flat are nessary to get your entire arms n bi's....

REMEMBER ALWAYS STRETCH! thats what causes stunt and injury, people who do not stretch tear muscle tendons much eaiser, flexability makes gods..
