What protein shakes should I buy from body building.com?!
Question: I'm tryna get rid of these chicken legs here. I recently started working out and it takes my muscles a long time to heal. So I need something to take in the morning, afternoon and night. Any scrumptious way to make it taste better? So I can make my muscle pop but not pop like that but show when im wearing jeans =].

I take three brands of protein.Egg protein in the morning,Whey protein after workout and caesin at night.
I would say
For egg proteib buy-Rose acrne agg whites or 100% egg protein
For protein after workout-Syntha 6 or Optimum 100% whey protein
Caesin-Optimum Caesin protein.
I take egg protein only because i dont want to cook 10-12 eggs.The taste of the egg whites is not good.If you cant cook 10-12 egg whites i would say buy egg protein.
Casein taste good and whey protein too.But egg protein as you can imagine taste like ****.
You cant just drink protein all day and expect to get big arms and arms.Eat foods whole grain,vegs,chicken,lean beef,fish etc.
