Best way to lose water weight??!
Question: okay so i know - typical question....but
i was just asked to a formal dance this saturday, and i was losing a bunch of weight up until late december when i developed bursitis in my hips and couldnt work out....needless to say ive put on a few pounds
whats the best way to lose water weight? i know i wont see a significant weight loss by saturday, but atleast ill be able to feel a bit better :-)

Caffeinated beverages can act as a diuretic (water removal medication). I refer tea or coffee.. Have a great time at the dance!
Drink lots of water and green tea. If your body is retaining water, it's because you're not drinking enough water.
water pills and at least 8 glasses of water a day
Besides drinking water cut back on salt
Add lemon to your water
Grapefruit juice is a natural dieuretic - just don't overdo it - maybe cut 4 0z 2X/day with some water
Also cut back on carbs - they help you hold water - try to go carb free for a couple of days right before (but that means no grapefruit those 2 days!)
You fat get over it
