yeah its possible with like exersizeing alot and dieting and never cheating you can lose 10 lbs ina week but its just not heathy your only suppose to lose 2-3 lbs a week

it is possible, but unless you are very overweight, it would be unhealhty to lose that much in such a short amount of time

I totally think this is possible. The way I did it was through 2 products. One is a home exercise 'boot' camp dvd called P90X from www.beachbody.com. The other is a great bunch of cds and downloads. I used the Satisfied on Half Portions and Remove the Sugar Addiction along with the Motivated to Crave Exercise. Ordered these from www.independentachievement.com Defnitely work and could defintely get you 50 pounds lighter by June.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

You can buy them on ebay for much cheaper than in a store, also get enough sleep like 7-8 hours at the least but not more than 10 hours. That is not a feasible goal to set for yourself, Weight loss is a process and by setting smaller goals maybe each month you will be able to stay motivated and set more and more as time goes on because you will be reaching those goals.
