Why? Because of me?!
Question: Hey, I`ve been trying to lose 24 lbs for almost two months and half and no change. I changed three diets in this period. That`s not too healthy, I know. Things are getting more and more complicated now. So far, I had a diet based on whole grains, I tried the Atkins for a while, and now I`m on a diet suggested by a dietitian but I`m afraid this diet will also fail. My dietitian also recommended using a diet planner, maybe an online one if I find it more useful. Do you think that`s why the other two diets failed? Because of me? That I didn`t counted my calories per day? Thanks for answering.

I don`t wanna say that all your previous efforts were in vain, but the diet planner plays a key role in any weight loss program.
