Go to your local pool to a aqua fit class...working out in the water is a lot easier on your body and it's a super good workout all over with the resistance of the water. You won't hurt like running or walking on ground either since the water holds you up. Also if your a junk food eater, stop right now, cut back any snacking, if you need to snack eat some veggies as a snack and drink water instead of juices and pops. I went to aqua fit for the first two times last week I lost 4 lbs that week! It was a excellent work out and and a lot easier on the body than the gym.
All you have to do is eat properly, which means 4-5 small meals a day consisting of complex carbs like brown rice or whole wheat pasta, and a lean protein like chicken and fish. exercise is as simple as going for a nice long walk. If you are more inclined, you can jog too. Good luck.
Go the the gym, cut down on snacks like chocolate and things, ask a friend to lose weight with you, u will be more likely to succeed. Eat a healthy diet, theres loads out there, find one that suits you, good luck_x
Hit the weight room. You'll lose weight but if you do strength training you'll tone up but you might way a little more but its only because muscle weighs more than fat. Also drink lots of water, eat well proportioned meals (www.mypyramid.org will help) and excerise at least a little bit everyday. Lift weights and walk/run every day will help and if weather doesn't permit get a yoga or pilates video and workout in your living room floor! Thats what I do and it seems to work quite well but you have to stick to it and not let off.
