Can someone give me a sample weight reduction plan i need to lose 24 pounds in a!


Question: 1 pound=3,500 calories. so your intake of calories has to be less then your outtake. You have to burn at least 500 calories everyday( and its not as hard as it sounds). With the exercise you also have to eat right so first is choosing the right food choose whole wheat and skim milk and low fat foods with lower calories. You should eat between 1,000 and 1,200 calories( if your a girl) and around 1,000-1,500 (if your a guy) I have been doing this for a little less then one month and its really good i have already lost 7 pounds. Going to the gym is the most important thing. I go to the gym everyday and i stretch then i go on the elliptical machine for 65 minutes then stretch again and then i do 50 sit ups and then the weight training machines. your sure to loose weight. That would mean losing 8 lbs. a month or 2 lbs. a week. That is going to take some drastic changes. Research proves that by reducing your calorie intake by 500 a day, you will lose one pound a week. you could go for 2-3 walks a day for half an hour or even jog for 45 minutes you could also concentrate on what yuor eating it might be a bit difficult but i know you will get threw it well
