Whats roughly the right weight for a 5'4 ft girl?!

Question: my younger sister, ( 13 ) is concerned about her weight and isnt sure if shes 'fat'. shes 5'4 with curvy hips n bum and weighs 7.1stone.

Do a google for a height and weight chart for kids (ones for adults shouldn't really be used since she's 13).
