Can someone help me???!


Question: i want to lose weight, well actually i want to lose my stomach, everything else is fine, but my stomach gotta go!! anyone know of anything fast that will work? i've been trying to go to the pharmacist to ask if they have like some pills u can take to lose weight...but i haven't had time...

what seems to work for me is i just eat right drink water and exercise

I'm in the same position too and that's what i am doing it's seeming to work for me slowly but surely

I go for a bit of a walk everyday weather permitting and if i can't go for a walk i do execrises at home here

i have a disability so i work within what i can do but i stay active as much as i can

that seems to work for me

Do some sit-ups, try to eat less unhealthy food, swimming, jogging/walking, more sex with bf/self (get sweaty), lol.
Drink more water, apparantly when you think your hungry you are actually just thirsty!

Pills are no good.

u need to run 5 time a week,25 mints first then rest for 10 mints then again run for another 25..drink lots of water daily abt 7 to 8 glass,,it will help to mke ur metabolim normal..dont starve ur self cuz stravation cuz the body to store more fat,,which ever food u eat it will be stored to fat,,,so try to eat 2 or 3 time a day...eat fruit,vegitables,beans,yougurt,fish.litt... meat also...aviod unecesry sweets,bread,pasta,fast food,oily food...it will surely help

Hey. No pills are gonna help you what helps you is your will, diet and exercise. Any gym has the equipment to work on your belly. Just go there, let someone show you how to operate the equipment properly in order to get the best result and go in the gym at least three times a week. The result will come. Just don't try to starve yourself with diet.. 5 times a day little portions, less fat and cut on sugars.
