Answers: fried chicken
grilled chicken
biscuits
protein shakes (with ice cream in them)
3 musketeers
catfish
cheese
grilled cheese

fried chicken....consider yourself NOT on a diet
grilled chicken....very good choice
biscuts...not so much
protein shakes w/ice cream...they are ripping you off if there is truley ice cream in it and its not a protein shake!
3 muskateers...are kidding me?
cat fish...as long as you dont put anything on it except herbs and maybe 0 calorie i cant beleive its not butter spray, then its a great source of protein
cheese....its dairy, you need three servings of dairy a day to help in weight loss and keep your body strong so thats a good choice but its very high in calories so limit yourself
grilled cheese...OMG that is horrible! All the butter and processed cheese...BAD BAD BAD!

all of them are pretty bad foods to eat when ur on a diet, especially the protein, because protein makes you actually gain alot of weifgt the one thing that isnt too bad is the cheese?

There is nothing wrong with any of these foods when you're on a diet. The key is to eat in moderation and to control portion size. It is interesting that one of the famous diet programs advertises that the dieter can eat anything and everything - but the portions are strictly controlled. Dieting always means saying no to second helpings.

none of the foods u named are good on a diet. u should try foods that are healthy, and also get regular exercise. good lcuk!

idk about those foods, but my dad has heart problems and he had to go on a diet and the doctors told him to stay away from all white food (pasta, potatoes, bread, etc) & sodas & sweet tea he can have 1 baked potatoe a month and maybe splurge on one meal every couple of months, hes been on this diet for 2months now and hes lost about 15lbs

all of them - depends on what diet you are on - if its a no carb then you going to want to dump all the sweets n bread (fried chicken, biscuits, icecream, musketeers) and only eat the rest. If you are just on a general low cal diet then eat the grilled chicken and cheese.

fried chicken - bad.
grilled... - not sure. but it's better than fried, I'm sure of it.
biscuits - don't know.
protein shakes with ice cream - ...what do you think? bad.
3 musketeers - bad.
catfish - not sure. i don't eat fish.
cheese - eh...somewhat okay. but apparently, cheese has a lot of fat. I'm thinking don't eat in excess. same with grilled cheese.

all of them except the catfish unless thats deep fried in batter

Food is food. There is no good and bad if you eat wisely. But
some foods have more calories per gram, so you need to be aware of what your options are. The more calories you take in, the more exercise you'll need. If you're active anyway, that won't be a problem.
We need some fat to function normally, and fat makes people feel full longer, so don't go completely fat-free.

Your best bet would be to talk to a nutritionist, or at least your doctor. People get crazy ideas about dieting and do all sorts of unhealthy things. Good luck if you were asking this question on your own behalf.

Fried Chicken with Skin on really bad
Fried Chicken breast strips with no skin better but still bad

Grilled Chicken with skin about the same as fried chicken breasts

Grilled chicken skinless good on the eats list (Very Healty)

Biscuits Thats a general term they are carbs they are good and bad.

Protein shakes( with ice Cream Needs to be low fat thought) Serving size and portion control they are good for a diet.

The candy bar bad snickers would be a better choice as the nuts have good cholesterols but wouldn't really recommend eating on a weekly base

Catfish (how is it prep)

Cheese good and bad types of cheese so you can't just say cheese Cottage cheese good Bacon easy cheese bad

Grilled cheese can be on a scale of ok to bad depending on prep with butter, oil, or no oil also goes to how much cheese and what types.

As some stated before moderation is good. Key to diets are they aren't diets they are lifestyle changes. This means you change the way you eat forever not on an monthly basis. This is my opinion never cut out your favorite food no matter how bad it is but make it a treat. So when you have its a good refreshing meal.

Also I think you will find after eating a certain way for a long time you will stop craving somethings and start craving others. It is all a matter of changing your life not Dieting
