You did pretty well but since you're asking for improvement, here goes: you could have eaten something more substantive for breakfast, like oatmeal with skimmed milk on it and a piece of fruit. You could have had the slim fast drink as a morning snack. Chicken nuggets are too fattening, and bbq sause is almost all sugar. You didn't say what kind of dressing you put on your salad, but unless it was a spray of a low cal dressing, it was too much. For dinner, you could have left the bread off, and definitely the mayo. The cheese needed to be low fat. You needed to drink a lot more water. I only saw one glass at noon. You needed at least 5-6 more. You should have had an afternoon snack and a snack about 2-3 hours before bed time. And I agree, more exercise in the evening 2-3 hours before bed time would be good. Through out the day you only got 2 servings of protein, and one of those was deep fried-bad. 2T of honey is a lot for one cup of tea. Do you mean 2 tsp instead? Sorry, but you did ask how you could improve. Maybe what you did was already a vast improvement over what you normally do, and that's good, but there is definitely room for improvement. If you eat more often, your body knows it'll have fuel, and so knows it can start burning fat. If you eat too little or too infrequently, your body thinks it has to hold onto fat cells so you don't starve. There's a formula to figure out how to maximize calorie reduction and minimize lowered metabolism. You are probably bordering on slowing metabolism by reducing calories so much at once, which means you won't loose the fat you're consuming in the high fat items you're eating.

yeah

yes more than i ever dont lollllll

you should eliminate all fat content from your diet. Otherwise you're doing good.
Keep on keeping on!!

You did good but then you sat around online on Yahoo for a bit - when you could have been doing more crunches!

you did wonderful!!!! not bad really! you didn't starve yourself like most girls are trying to do. you did awesome! keep up the great work!

I would have traded the chicken nuggets for lean broiled chicken. Less grease, but that's just me. Otherwise, good job :)

you did good, but lay off the fried foods

yes

GREAT JOB. you may want to change the bbq to honey mustard. lol. it has a better taste. but since u're on a diet...go lower with the honey in the tea..not quite so much. crunches right before bed..hmm you're really committed. good for you!

well BBQ sauce i believe has a lot of calories and if u had dressing with your salad that is also. n For your sandwich if you used whole grain bread then that's good. but other than that yea

that is good but just keep in mind that condiments such as bbq sauce, mayo are really high in fat.

Sounds good except for the chicken nuggets, those were probably filled with grease. But, you have allow yourself to eat some of that type of stuff or you will binge, thats what I did today. I feel crappy about that.

U did great!!!! Keep this up and u willl see results!!!

yes you did good maybe instead of chicken nuggets get chicken strips because there like actually good meat and maybe stay away from mayonaise maybe try veganaise or miracle whip....if miracle whip is better for you then mayonaise if not idk

all sounds good except for the 2 tablespoons of honey in the tea! Isn't that like a ton of sugar. definately do crunches. you should also try sucking in your tummy/gut while you walk. and clenchin your butt.

You didn't do bad.
But you didn't do great.

The 5 chicken nuggets with bbq sauce was not a good idea.
However, salad and water is great!

A turkey sandwich isn't bad either but you should always opt for whole wheat bread.
White bread is very fattening.

Also, a little bit of cheese is OKAY, but mayo is sooooo bad.

I suggest not adding mayo at all.

Over all however you've done a good job, keep it up!

You must take a healthy poopy.

If it floats you did good if it sinks ...

it will leave skid marks!

I would cut out the nuggets, especially if they are breaded and fried, and the cheese and mayo. That will help save some calories and fat. Add more water also.

Its good that you incorporated the cardio in your routine, and the slimfast shakes for breakfast are good.

You did GREAT besides for the chicken nuggets (bcuz i'm guessin it's from Mcdonalds.) And was the mayo a light or fat free mayo, cuz if it wasn't, regular mayo has 7 or 8 grams of fat.

but overall, u did good.

make sure the chicken nuggets aren't fried--a better choice would be lean frozen chicken or turkey

cheese and mayo--esp. mayo--have a lot of calories

make sure you don't only exercise on the treadmill-- vary the type of exercise/routine you do so that you don't hit a weightloss plateau -when your body gets used to the same exercise.

It sounds like you're getting a great start though--Good Luck!!

I think your waiting too long to eat. Maybe try five small meals. Or filling the in between with veggies or fruit.

Also, I would try to get something down you before an AM workout., I know some people can't do this because they feel ill, but I have heard trainers say it is best for your metabolism.

you might want to snack a little on nuts or something throughout the day. you don't want to burn out and you need protein to make your work out worth it. getting protien from non-animal products is much healthier and less fattening so you might wanna try that.
also i agree with the person above who mentioned vegenaise . its AMAZING and won't kill your cholesterol. try eating healthier rather than less. that's something that will make a difference in the long run.
what kid of lettuce was in your salad? if it was iceberg lettuce then that was a waste because there's no nutritional value in it. make sure you're eating dark greens with salads. it makes all the difference in the world i swear.
if you don't want to give up the sweets in the tea try agave syrup instead. its easier for your body to digest and is low cal without tasting that way.
good luck

Yes but if you are trying to lose weight, up your walk to about 3 miles, lose the fried food, go for wheat bread, light cheese and light mayo and try more veggies. Other than that, you did good. Don't forget to eat enough calories or you will stop losing weight all together. Great on your portion sizes.

wow no thats great nice job, keep up the good work and all girls will be jealous during bating suit season lol

Make sure you have a large/low calorie/fiberous breakfast.
Some options include:
1 whole English muffin with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter; 1 medium banana
1/2 cup steel-cut oatmeal with 1/4 cup skim milk, 1 cup mixed berries, and 1 tbsp chopped pecans. (optional, and you could put a little maple syrup in it for a great flavor)
1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled with 1/2 cup broccoli and mushrooms; 2 peieces turkey bacon; 1 cup melon; 1 cup low fat soy or skim milk
2 4 inch whole grain pancakes with 1 cup fresh berries, 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt and 2 tsp honey.

You're doing great otherwise :]

Yes, but remember to SHOWER!!!! :D

Looks pretty good I'd say you are heading towards weight loss success!.
Fresh fruit and whole gain breads will help you feel full longer. Forget the "all carbs are bad" idea, just lay off white bread/rolls, white rice and non-whole grain pasta. One thing that will help you lose weight is SNACKS! Yes, a piece of fruit or a (low sugar) yogurt or (low sugar) granola type bar mid morning and afternoon will help you not munch on chips and stuff. Don't skip breakfast.
Increasing your water consumption would be good. Go for lean meats and remember that according to the dietitians a "serving" of meat is 4 ounces... about the side of a normal deck of playing cards. So watch your portions and fill up on fruits and vegetables.

Yes you did great!
You followed MY diet I see ;)

Haha

But one thing you migh want to eliminate is the honey in your tea (try putting splenda and lemon, because splenda goes right through you so its good for you)

And also instead of having the cheese and mayo on your sandwhich, try taking out that and putting mustard instead and other veggies....saves ALOT of fat and calories

But other then that you did perfect!!!
Just make sure you do atleast 100 crunches a day or more, it will tighten your stomach and Bam! you will lose the fat...

Tell me how it all goes! =]

You did good today, see if you can do a little more time on the treadmill.

yeah, that's fine.....why not run on the treadmill though....I mean, the only reason I have a treadmill is so I can run and watch TV at the same time...my two favorite things.
