Do I eat a lot of food or not at all? Thank you?!
Question: I had a piece of self-made banana bread for breakfast. I also drink a glass or cranberry juices. Two hours later, I had special K protein double chololate meal bar.
For lunch, I went to Chinese restuarant. I had a dish full of food. A dish full of fruit. A small cup of ice cream. I drunk some ice tea.
For dinner, I had smoked oysters in oil. I had a piece of steak. I had two cups of broccoli. A tiny piece of pizza. I drunk some cranberry juices.
P.S. I am on my period. However, I usually eat about this amount or a bit more.
I am not fat. I am 120 pounds :)

I added your daily amount, and came out with around 1700 calories. You make it sound like it's a lot more then it is ! Advice, DO NOT stop eating. You may even want to consume a bit more daily. If you stop eating, you won't lose weight, you'll be hungry, and you'll be cranky. You're doing great!
