Im told im fat?!


Question: my closest friend and i walked past big city chic which is a store for large girls and she's like do you want to go inside? then, she'll be like omg you eat so much. my manager said to my face directly that i was overweight and my mum and grandma tells me not too eat too much. even my brother pokes me and laughs. i suppose i am fat
im 165cm and 75kg at 15 yrs old
what can i do?

people enjoy being mean and pointing out others flaws. Just make the decision to start taking care of yourself. It will take some time, but in the future you will be healthy and feel much better.

you need better friends and family

what you can do is stay in school because your grammar sucks

if so many people are saying this to you, its because they care about you.
Try to watch what you eat, see a doctor if your height and weight proportions are correct, and what a good diet/eating plan for you would be.

well depending on your height...you are overweight by about 30 pounds...but your friend is just being a *****...no one is that stupid....shes doing it to make you feel bad...and your bro is a asshole to...everyone in your life is rude and going about the wrong way of telling you...when i was younger i was bigger and everyone did the same **** to me...and now im older and im skinny and everyone i knew is fat...LOL even my brother is..but i dont say anything to them like haha look whos laughing now...cos i know i dont need to...LOL when you get older you'll drop the weight...even now if you want to...it will be when you are ready...just dont eat junk and stop drinking soda...trust me you'll drop 20 pounds in a couple months...

Ok, just watch what you eat and become a member or a local gym. Its that easy

You just need to diet and exercise.

dont be so harsh on yourself and dont listen to anyone.
Heres what you should do:
eat 5 times a day and stay healthy and run and do regular simple excersizes or you can go for a walk everyday or even sign up for bally's theyre really fun they even have aerobic classes and it doesnt cost that much to get in((:

Your not fat. OK? NOT FAT!!! Don't listen to what they say to you. If your comfortable with who you are then that's fantastic. Don't let them get to you. My family was exactly the same way before I lost weight, so I know how that makes you feel.
It's easy if you want to lose weight. Eat less and better, and exersice. The weight will drop off!

Well you know you are overweight. I don't like to use the word fat as this seems so insulting.
At 15 you have to be careful not to become obsessed.
I would suggest a diet and some exercise that is fun.
You only need to lose about 10 kilos and that will be easy for you at your age.
Try by first decreasing your meal size and see if that makes a difference. Ask you Mum for support and see if she can lose some weight too (sure she can quickly put it back as adults struggle to lose weight).
Don't let others opinions affect your inner strength. Be strong and go get yourself slim. Cheers dear

Lose the weight I guess.

Keep in mind that the most important thing is to be healthy not skinny.Eat fruits,vegetables,whole grains and lean meats.You are too young to diet.Eating healthy and staying active like walking everyday should help.Your mom can take you to a nutritionist if shes overly concerned.Stop caring about what people think of you and do it for yourself,if you start now you can live longer and have less health problems as an adult.
