lol no dont fast because its jus going to make you gain more wieght in the end and thats an absaloute promise.
im telling you that your body will start storing the fat and any small foods you consume because when it gets no food after a while it goes into starvation mode and you bodys matabolism slows down so that you can keep all the fat and energy in your body for longer.


rather go for the healthy way of loosing weight its harder in some ways but with patience you get the right result instead of the opposite.

Just eat less............and drink warm water with some lemon drops........

if you fast youll lose weight, but youll have to change your eating habits. no more junks, carbs etc. if youre a first timer i would recommend you do a juice fast. only use 100% juices(avoid orange) and you should add water to it so it wont be too many calories. i would recommend also that a day before and after you decide to stop and start your fats, you eat easy foods, such as fruits, veggies, and juices. also drink water. dont over do on juice or water but just have enough to sustain you. also you shouldnt plan any vigorous events or tasks.good luck
