What's a good way to...?!


Question: I need some good routines to go through to get some exercise!! I am overweight & starting to work out & eat more healthy & I need some tips!!

My question is what is a good work out routine for me?? I go to school from 8:00 to 4:00 Please help me!!

up and dress.. out the door..
home from school..
eat fruits and raw veggies.. before supper.. then take a jog around the block..
then homework..
then supper..
then.. 15mins of hard exercises..
jumping jacks.. 10
stretches.. 10
and bends... 10
hot shower.. read for bed..
\while in bed.. stretch Ur legs and toes.. downward.. as far as u can .. now upward.. .. now in circles..

What time do you get up?

I work the same hours that you attend school and I get up at 6 am to run/walk/hit the gym - great way to start the day.

That way you can have the rest of the day, and perhaps you'll sleep early, sleep well and create a routine for yourself!

The best time for you to excercise is when you wake up, because when you workout in the morning your fat burns 3 times more than working out during day or night.

Get up an hour earlier than you normally do and go for a 10-15 minute walk or run.
Do your normal morning ablutions and have a healthy breakfast.
If you can't walk to school walk briskly through the halls between classes.
Take the stairs instead of lifts etc.

You need to find something YOU like to do and that's easy plus inexpensive to do.

Are there stairs at your house? You could run up and down them 20 times before you get showered and dressed. Then do another 20 when you get home from school and another 20 after dinner.

How about spending 30 minutes every day in your room listening to your favorite tunes and dancing to them? Don't be afraid to kick your feet up or swing your arms!

The important thing is to exercise EVERY DAY even if it's 15 minutes. If you pick something you like then you'll be more liely to do it.
