Help please asap?!


Question: okay so here is the thing im trying out the herballife diet it's been exactly a week now but i don't see any results. my friend has been trying out the same diet and it has worked for her. so my question is that is there anyone else that has tried this diet and has it worked. also where i live it's winter so we can't go out cuz of a cold alert so what exercises can i do at home since i don't have any exercising machines. would running up and down the stairs work?

Easy my friend start with streches then lie down on the floor do the bicycle with your legs. Everyone is different people lose wight differently some of us do things but dont get results because the most important off all is DIEt

Every one looses weight at their own pace. Keep at it and it'll work for you. Running up and down stairs is excellent exercise. You can also do some old fashioned push ups and jumping jacks. If you have jump rope, use it. If you don't have a jump rope, act like you do. Sit ups, leg lifts, running in place--so many things you can do.

If you are moving more, you will expend more energy and lose weight. I have a video called walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone. It is 18 minutes for one mile - you do some light weight lifting in it. You can use anything for a light weight (cans of soup, bottled water)
As long as you move more now than before you will lose weight. You don't need a fancy gym or expensive equipment.

i tried herbalife before and I didn't get the results I expected however I didn't give up completely. I followed the diet or eating plan to the core and it just didn't seem to work for me. Don't give up completely if all else fails try something else. I've heard really good things about Alli. Also any physical activity helps. Going to the gym is not the only way to get in physical activity. So running up and down the stairs will work if your hear rate increases and you've burned calories. Hope this helps.

I am currently on the herbalife diet with a friend of mine. My friend got quicker results than i did but i stuck at it and it did work. I noticed an energy change before anything, whereas my friend was the opposite. Everyone is different and if you have a great support person, stick with it. I love herbalife products, even though it does get hard sometimes, dont give up, you will thank yourself in the long run. Good luck & stay positive.
