You need to try HIIT training.

It's the best kind of cardio out there... will shed off fat.

Good luck

Sometimes you need help to lose weight on "problem areas". Generally, you need an ab work-out or a diet pill. I've copied two links below for your consideration:

There is a six pack abs outlined on the page above.

This diet pill seems to have the consumer choice.

Good luck.

Yeah, you need to lose that extra layer of fat.

You should run on the treadmill 3-5 times a week. Start off by running on it 2-3 times a week and move your way up as you grow stronger.

Run for 30 minutes.

Speed depends on you. Because some people do not have good cardio endurance. And the higher the speed, the faster they become tired. Run at the speed where your heart rate is around 120-130 beats per minutes. You burn more fat by running longer under a constant steady speed and heart tempo.

You will see results within 2 week. First you will notice that you have more energy. You will then start to feel good about yourself. Then you will see your stomach become smaller.

You should run before you eat. But it does not matter though. But I suggest you run before you eat. Because people tends to become lazy after they eat.

Incline will help a lot. Start off with a small incline then slower raise it every 2 weeks.

What you can also do is something called interval. Where you chance the speed and incline and your running tempo every 5 minutes or whenever you like.

You can try different machines like elliptical, rowing machine, stationary bike.

The elliptical machine is good because you do not put tensions on your knees and you can work your arms too.
The rowing machine is good to build back strength and you burn more calories than any other machines.
