Getting hard pecs?!


Question: Hey im 14 and im wondering how i can lose my man boobs and turn them into rock hard pecs. I have been not eating junkfood and i have not had a drop of soda in over two months. Im wondering what the fastest way to loose man boobs is. I have a bench press, but im wondering if cardio would help better?

Dumbbell presses,are key screw the bench press,dumbbells use more muscles to move including stabilizer muscles,so grab those dumbbells and go to it!
EDIT:it's hard to guess without knowing or seeing you,but try 30-40lb dumbells

im 14 too and i have hard pecks. all i did was work out. its a good thing ur not eating junk food, etc. because that will help too! some good exercises to do are puchups and get some dumbells and when u lift the bells, lift them on the side of ur body.

Well your man boobs are basically fat. So, by cutting back on junk food (nice job) and then simply doing normal exercises such as running and such will burn the fat. Then, in order to define them, you do weights such as the bench press and ones that work your isolateral muscles...hope that helps!

Do weights.
Make sure to work your chest AND back.
Heavy weights, low reps.

Cut out junk food.
Cut out as much sugar as possible.
Eat a clean diet.

Do SHORT, INTENSE bouts of cardio.
Run/bike/jump rope... whatever you do.. make it SOOO intense that you can only last 10-15 mins max.
Your heart rate should be about 85% max when you do it (220 minus your age times 0.85).
Do it in intervals.
Do 30 second SPRINT and then 60 second rest and keep repeating that for 10-15 mins.

High intensity cardio like that (look into "HIIT" training) burns more FAT and preserves muscle.


Long term cardio may make you lose more weight, but that weight will be mostly muscle and water weight (with a small fat loss).
