Eat at least 2 servings protein(2oz meat)
Drink 8 glasses of water.
Eat 4 servings of whole grains. (1 slice bread, 1/2 c. rice)
Limit sugar and alcohol (little to none)
Serving size in parentheses.This is a diet similiar to Weight Watchers. I lost 50 pounds on it. It is always smart to talk to a doctor before starting any diet.
