You aren't over weight for one thing. For another, if you are really concerned, just stay away from burgers, fries, fast food, and soda. Treat yourself well! You're worth it.

you are still growing, so dont worry about it too much, but if you want to make healthier choices, cutting out soda will REALLY help, especially if you drink a lot now.
That is a good time to start. eat healthy and when you catch yourself in the kitchen hunting for snacks say NO. If you have sports at your school enroll in one.
