Are caffeine pills and diet pills just about the same thing?!
Question: that's all that seems to be in diet pills anyway. i know everyone thinks they are bad, i'm not asking that. so please do hash out on be about how bad they are. i just couldn't see how it would be different to take cafeine pills b4 you eat rather than diet pills

Caffeine pills give you energy
Diet pills (depending on what kind you get) give you energy, make it so your not as hungry and they burn calories.
They do make diet pills that don't have caffeine.
I take hydroxycut. They make them in caffeine free or regular (regular being the ones that burn calories and give energy) the caffeine free ones just make it so your not as hungry
Caffeine is the main ingredient in thermogenic fat burners.
There are also other ingredients which mostly have no scientific proof to whether they work or not.
The herbal caffeine in diet pills is just that, guarana, is the herbal form of caffeine.
Caffeine pills are more harsh on your stomach so if you take it before you eat, you will most likely get a painful stomach ache. You won't eat as much, but you WILL get a painful, uncomfortable stomach ache.
