Ive been wanting to lose weight and tone up, tell me if this will work?!
Question: starting tomorrow, i am gonna jog 6 miles per day every morning, and eat 6x per day (3 meals, 3 snacks). i need 1600 calories, by jogging i'll probably burn around 600 calories. i am only 16 still growing. as far as toning up, i signed up with a personal trainer @ my local gym, and i'll be strength training 3x per week.

well if u do all of that im sure that will help you lose weight and tone up, but it is better to ease your body into exercise. it will be very impressive if you keep up with all that!
wow. that is a little ambitious. unless you are doing some activity now, i think that may be a little unrealistic to stick too.
