Feeling lazy, but having a schedule?!
Question: ok, i always am entergetic at school, and i eat a good lunch and break fast, i climb about a million stairs a day, and have PE and basket ball on tuesdays and wednesdays. when i get home, i am pressed for time, i am the kind of person who makes a bunch of schedules and lists, but anyway, i get on my exercise bike or something for atleast 30min everyday, except tues, and wed. the problem is, i have a hard time because all i want to do is eat and sleep. i get a big snack after school: an apple, wheat thins, and a cereal bar ( i know that's big ) im trying to get ideas on how to stop eating a big snack, i only need an apple, but my temptation tells me otherwise... i chew gum, and that gets me off, but i would like another way, as accessive gum chewing is a kind of laxative. so how do i stop eating after school, and stop feeling lazy so that i can exercise sooner in the afternoon?

actually that sounds like a good snack to me. if you find others to workout with they will motivate you.
