Easy way to loose weight? Male 6' 1" and 195?!

Question: okay, so im 20 years old...i want to loose some weight and i have hit a spot where i wont loose anymore. I was 215+ like 3-4 months ago and every day it seemed like i was loosing a little by just not eating as much or not eating out and making food at home. Now that i am in the 100's i cant seems to continue loosing weight that way. How much will running 1-2 miles every day or every other day and doing sit ups help? I cant afford a gym membership and dont have the time so thats out of the question...i just want to loose my "gut", not become buff...any ideas?

So you want to lose the "loose" weight? The problem is not that you weigh too much , but the weight you have is flabby. Get on a weight training program. Work legs and arms on alternate days. Two or three days a week work on an elliptical cross trainer for at least thirty minutes.
I am 5' 11" and weigh 210. There is no fat on my body. No one ever said I need to lose any weight. I'm 55 years old and can work a ten or twelve hour day at hard labor with no problem. Also, "lose" the bad habits like tobacco and alcohol.

I tried the special k diet, eat special k in the morning, then just the meal bars and protien bars and drinks some of the snack bars I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks

trim advantage bars!!! so good! and sooo helpful.. and nutritional too!!

you can purchase them online

hope it helps:)

Cut off one of your legs. You will be much lighter.

Try to focus on eating healthy foods from now on instead of being on a "diet"
First of all, considering your height, 195 is not that heavy. If you want to do exercises that will help you stay in shape, that's great, but don't be obsessive about it. The more you exercise, the more hungry you will be! Moderation is the key.
Good foods for health are lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and whole grains. Meat and dairy are fine with moderation.
If you plan 3 healthy meals a day and exercise moderately, your weight and shape will take care of itself and you will feel great!
Good luck!

I began losing alot of weight by cutting the bread and potatoes out of my diet and by eating tons of carrots.

Also I have been drinking more water and tea.
Though I use the toilet a lot.

I'm not sure what to do about this when I do end up having to get a job lol.... *shudders*

Eat MORE meals. 5-6 small-moderate meals tell the body that there is plenty of food, thus letting go of more fat.
