What can i do to lose body fat?!


Question: I work out occasionally, so i would say doing a lot of cardio work outs which are the ones people hate the most. But it works, trust me, if you dont like doing the repetitive running and etc, play some dance dance revolution or something. Once guy lost 25lbs from playing that game.

But just do a lot of cardio, eat right, and keep at it. You can find some good cardio info by searching online on google or something.

go on a diet! exercise doesnt make you lose weight, it simply tones you up. eating healthy and less will make you lose weight

get on a treadmill

i ate a lot of bran, lean cuisines, and ate fruit for snacks and lost all my teenage baby fat.
i'm not saying it's healthy though.

Drink LOTS of water and exercise!!!!

Excercise, Eat Right , go on a diet

eat a low fat diet (www.mypyramid.gov) and exercise 60 minutes most days of the week- running seems to work well. lift weights or do strength training a few times a week- muscle burns more calories.

Sex

burn more calories than you take in.....even though it's work, exercise and counting calories is a good choice.

Excercize 4 to 7 hours a day AND eat 68% of food.

This may sound weird... my father sent me an email that said, when you eat your dinner, dont drink cold liquids with it, because it make grease, fatty foods solid fat in your body. It said to drink hot liquids with your dinner.
Other than that stay away from fatty foods. Eat more healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables.

dont starve yourself, just dont eat anything fattening , and dont over eat. excersize to build muscle because muscle eats fat (even when you sleep). also if you feel hungry , try to drink water and if that doesnt fill you up then eat. :)

don't eat too much fat and exercise (run,jump,stretch,simple games like tag, if you have a friend tag can make your leg stronger and good for your heart )

a workout where you wont have to pay anything, but will make you lose body fat if you do it properly are situps and pushups!! They work if you do them 5 days a week.

Situps: Start with 50 per day and gradually increase 10 per week or after 2 weeks.

Pushups: Start with 50 as well. It does not matter if you can do all 50 the first day, but atleast do the arm motion when your tired. Gradually increase by 10 after you can do the 50 properly.

If you are actually serious about it, then within 2 months you will notice a change!!
