Doesn't matter. The glutamine tablets are more convenient, since you can carry them with you and you don't need to measure. On the other hand, powdered glutamine is easier to mix in with a smoothie or protein shake.

Powdered glutamine also tends to be a little less expensive, ounce-for-ounce over the capsules.

In terms of their effectiveness, both are equal.
