You can get a rough idea by multiplying your weight by 10. This is your basic metabolic rate--the calories you need just to keep your body going. So that gets you 1040 calories. But you do more than just breath and digest. Ordinary activities of a sedentary life add roughly 3 calories per pound, or 312 more calories, bringing you to 1352 calories/day. You might have to adjust this up or down depending on your metabolism and lifestyle.

This isn't much food. You will want to take a multivitamin to make sure you're getting enough nutrition. You can eat more if you exercise (and you'll be healthier). Also, according to BMI calculations, 104 pounds puts you slightly underweight. You'd actually be healthier at 110, which would allow you 1430 calories/day. (Or even 120, which is 1560).

At your height and weight I'd say you need around 1400-1500 calories per day to maintain your weight.

first of all, being 5'4'' and weighing 104 pounds is recognized as "anorexia" you NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT. probably 20-35 more pounds. go get some help ASAP. you're not fat at all, soon you'll start to lose your muscle mass and have a problem with your body and how it functions, and you can just die from that. you need to have probably 2,500 calories to gain the weight you need.

just because she's 5'4 and 104 doesn't make her anorexic.
I am 5'5 and 98pds and so not anorexic.
Talk to your doctor but you should be exercising some, just to stay toned or health.
