First, lots of water.

Next a healthy diet of PROTEIN, COMPLEX CARBS and HEALTHY FATS.

Try to eat about 1g of Protein per pound of body weight per day.

25-30% of your calories from FAT (less than 10% from SATURATED FAT)

The rest from carbs primarily whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

Stay away from refined sugar (sodas) and high sodium foods.

The sodium will make you retain water which will make your fat cells bigger.

Finally, exercise to include a combination of resistance (weights) and cardio. Try interval cardio so as to not lose muscle mass and accelerate fat burning.

Fat is layered on top of muscle, just lose weight and keep exercising, it's unlikely the muscle will go. What wont suceed is if you just continue working out, diet is by far the most important thing for getting rid of fat.

Jumprope and run

Cardio. Many people have the same problem with their abs. Bump up your cardio and the fat should start to go away.

bench press light weight and do many reps. like 90-100 pounds. also do butterbflies with light weight.
