well you shouldn't workout longer then 45- 60 mins each workout....

you should not do more then 4 or 5 different exercise per muscle......

honestly working out naturally.. no matter how much protein u take in.. there is only so big and strong u can get... seriously its not worth injuring yourself to rip through a strength plateau... never mind the big juice monkeys that u are looking at. u can never compare someone natural to someone on steroids..

your healthy.. and if u look good u should be happy

There is maxing out and there is going over board. It is possible that you have reached for full potential and just need to keep up for regiment. The only way of enhancing would be using supplements thus gaining more weight and muscle and allowing room for more strength but don't push yourself too hard buddy.

the point inwhich u cant lift it with ease.. even if u put urself into it and struggle.. that doesnt count.. strugglin is part of lifting.. so dont max out becuz it is really dangerous

What is your goal? To gain strength, stay toned, keep in shape, to look good naked? If you are happy with where you are at, there is no need to try to always lift more than before. Also, make sure you have proper form. Many people lift incorrectly that will cause injury. It is more effective to lift light with proper form than is to lift heavy incorrectly. And yes, a body does have its limits.
