you may be losing weight, but the best thing to do is to not skip any meal at all, because you'll only end up overeating at the next meal. don't say "no i won't" because you will. experience is speaking here. i quit soda and chocolate (i know, i know, it's a guilty pleasure every once in a blue moon) and started doing cardio at the gym and then bam- ten pounds gone, after i had been struggling to get rid of it by "dieting" alone. not gone in an instant, but gradually over say...three months? Good luck! Be healthy, but most of all be happy as well.

it's true that you are losing weight.

of course. when you don't eat, you don't consume calories. and if you're exercising, then you're burning more calories than you're taking in.

= weight loss.

Yes you could be losing weight, obviously, but when you skip meals like that, your body is more likely to store the fat, so you should always try to have something to eat for breakfast and lunch. Even if its just some toast and an apple or an orange. Dont skip meals.... youll just gain ur weight back..

You should eat lunch and a few other small meals during the day. Learn what I had to, Cut your portions. The more frequently meals willstimulate your metabolism. Stay active. Remember it is a lifestyle change. The most important things are: Diet,Exercise, and Constistency.

I'm not sure what your question is actually? Are you asking if diet and exercise and drinking water make you lose weight? If so, the answer is yes, of course it will. You should technically be eating 6 small meals a day though. Not eating breakfast or lunch will slow your metabolism, plus you won't have the energy you need to burn the calories you want at the gym. Building muscle burns fat, but if you dont have the energy to do it, you'll go nowhere. Try not to stress too much about your weight. We can be so critical of ourselves, it becomes hard to see all of the good things about us. Make sure you eat and keep up the good work. I have a gym membership and never go - so you're ahead of me! :)

yes youre losing weight. If you really dont want to eat breakfast and lunch, thats fine, but when you do eat, I think you should eat something better than a granola bar. Eat like 2 peices of fruit, or fruit and the granola bar.

Good luck

Your running low on energy sources. which can be bad, you don't want to be so rediculously thin eventually that it's unhealthy. so eat the meals you need to eat (breakfast... lunch... dinner) and exercise accordingly. sounds like you could develope an eating disorder if your not careful.
