Will my weight loss stop?!
Question: Hi. I have been following not what I'd call a diet, but a healthy eating regime for about 4 weeks now. So far I have lost 8lbs and been taking a good hours walking every day and eating a healthy 1200 calories a day, with lots of veggies, salad and fish. But for the last week it has completely stopped. Although I have not gained weight. I am not sure why, but is my body becoming used to this type of lifestyle? Will it start again if I make some changes? If so, what do I need to do?
I have 30lbs left to go, and about 15 weeks to do it. Any help greatly apreciated.

sounds like you have hit a Plato, your body gets used to the same routine try mixing up your daily exercise, walk one day ride a bike the next, do a fitness class, walk for 5 min jog for 1 and repeat, you have to keep it interesting, and confuse the body a bit. mix it up a little. also try to do your cardio before breakfast this way your body uses up your stores of glycogen's that have been stored instead of using your breakfast.
