WHy am I not losing weight? Is it because I am eating too much?!


Question: I excersize 1 hour a day..cardio..and after I am done excersizing i feel fit and healthy..and not hungry. but i know i have to eat anyway because I don't want to be malnourished..so I eat a healthy dinner and in the end i feel fat !

Today I ate

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: 8 crackers with turkey and light fat chedder
2 oranges
Pretzels

Dinner: A salad with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, corn, tuna, an egg, and croutons in it.
Low fat Yogurt

your noting eating enough fiber.plus your dinner is too small.

It sounds to me like you're not getting enough calories so your body is retaining all those it's getting since it thinks your starving. Try consuming at least 1200 and see if this helps. X

you need to eat more calories

Where exactly do you plan on cutting down? Any less and you would be starved!
