Question: Please answer the question and don't go off topic. Please, I'm begging you. I know exercise is incorporated with dieting. I already researched about dieting and it's benefits/harm. So Please Stay On- topic:

Since I want to lose 1 pound each week.(3,500 calories) I should lose about 500 calories each day. So. Can I reduce my calorie intake by 500 calories each day and lose 1 pound each week? Again.., please stay on topic. I'm wandering If I can lose 1 pound each week by dieting and reducing my calorie intake by 500 Calories. So my usual calorie intake is about 2,000 calories. So starting tomorrow, I'm gonna make it to 1,500 calories. With 500 calories less. So if it does work, I will lose 1 pound each week. Is this whole plan Possible? Please stay ON topic. Stay on the subject and answer my question. Please don't say anything else besides the answer to my question.

Ok. And, just to remind you. This is a yes or no question. I will incorporate this plan with lots of exercise.

It sounds like an awesome plan and you should lose at least 1lb per week if not more.

Yes and No because we dont know your metabolism and your body system you could loose 5 pounds with it or you could loose 1 pound there is nothing to loose so try

This is not a yes or no question. Bodys are all different. I've learned from many diets, that it depends on a lot of stuff. I think you'll be finding yourself losing more than a pound a week at first, then it'll taper off, and then you will hit this plateau where you wont lose any weight. But, don't give up. Cuz, it'll pick up again. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. So, you are building muscle and losing fat at the same time, so you can't really be going by weight alone. Good luck.
