How do i get my figure back after baby?!

Question: I used to be tiny and toned! I had such a lovely little figure people used to tell me i was like a doll. Now after having a baby (7 months old now) i cant stand to look in the mirror. My hips are wider, my feet are bigger (honestly; they stretched as i was suffering incredibly with water retention in my pregnancy), my boobs are just loose skin with nothing inside and i have a saggy belly. I hate myself! I am with the bb 24/7 and dont have the time or money to go to a gym. Please help me with simple exercises i can do at home without spending a fortune on exercise equipment. Please help it all point north again, instead of hanging south!!!! x

There is a program out there called yummy mummy this is program designed for women who need to get there shape back after giving birth. You can find it at http://www.firstinforeview.com/diets
Good Luck and Congrats

You need to jog or at least walk fast for a half hour at least every day to burn calories and lose water. But mostly you need to diet. I suggest a low carb high protein diet, stay away from junk food and sweets and especially sodas.

An exercise ball is GREAT when you have a baby! You can tone so many different parts of your body just sitting in your living room.

Please know, though, that your skin gets firmer with time. Drinking plenty of water and taking a multivitamin with an extra Vitamin E supplement helps your skin get back to its pre-pregnancy look. And about your hips...EMBRACE THEM! You had a baby! Your a woman, and you have the womanly curves to go with it!

Your body will NEVER return to prepregnancy. You CAN tone at home. Try the firm workouts. Or do lunges and lift light weights. You can even use canned goods as weights, as you do not have to lift a lot to make a difference. Dancing will tone. I used to bellydance and it works muscles you didn't even know you have.

You sound exactly like me! If you find anything that works, let me know. haha

i would recommend a good workout exercise dvd you can buy them cheap and my sister found it worked for her bc you exrecise in your own home at your own pace and in your own time..... hope this helps, congrats on new baby
