Get in running shape without lose of weight?!


Question: I have been lifting weights and eating more in hope to get bigger for the past 2 or so months. I need to get in running shape but also need to continue to gain weight. Can anyone please tell me how i can get in running shape while increasing both weight and strength. Could i possibly eat even more to make up for the loss of carbs and calories i lost when running thanks all.

yeah, eat more, but also make sure that you do 8 reps not 10 when you're doing your weights. I'm in the exact same position as you, i'm trying to get in running shape while not losing weight. So just make sure to dow low reps of high weights to gein muscle weight, and continue to run.

eat more specially protein rich foods.
